Final paper submission

Prepare your final manuscript and submit it according to following guidelines:

1. Verify that your manuscript complies with the IEEE format.
The IEEE conference paper template can be downloaded from here.
Please uploads the final version paper before July 29 August 4.
Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper with the feedback from the reviewers.
Meanwhile, at least one of the authors listed on the paper must be registered for the conference.
The recomended length for the papers is 6 pages. (Two extra pages charge of 160USD/page are permited.)

All authors must submit their final papers before the deadline for final papers even if there are no changes to the paper.
Failure to do so may result in the paper not appearing in the proceedings.

2. Your final paper should be converted into a PDF file and verified by IEEE PDF eXpress.
Go to IEEE PDF eXpress and convert your file or check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance.

First-time users should do the following:

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. You will receive an email receipt indicating that your final paper is PDF compatible. Keep this receipt and you need to upload it together with your final paper and IEEE Copyright Form (explained below).

3.  In addition, all accepted papers must be accompanied with an IEEE Copyright form.
Except if you don't want your paper be included in IEEE Xplore Database.
Be sure to indicate the Paper ID and Session on the form, and upload it to our submission system.

Only the papers which completed paid Conference Registration and final submissions process will be included in the conference proceedings and, later, in IEEE Xplore.
