Paper submission


Authors of accepted papers for the ARIS 2019 conference must submit their final version of papers electronically in PDF format through the IES Submit System no later than June 28, 2019 with submission system. Also they must pay the Conference Registration fee.

Auhtors can check the submission status via this system.


For Regular Contributed Papers

IEEE provides a set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX format. Please use them to create your paper, but don't modify the style nor the format under any circumstances:

The recomended length for the papers is 6 pages. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 160USD/page, payable at the time of submitting the camera-ready version of the paper.

 

For Single Page Presentation-only Papers

Submit one-page paper for oral presentation (Template).
[Note] This presentation will not be included in IEEE Xplore.


File Upload

Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. The author must submit the final version of manuscript and sign the IEEE Copyright Form. Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from the reviewers.

Only the papers which completed paid Conference Registration and final submissions process will be included in the conference proceedings and, later, in IEEE Xplore. At least one of the authors listed on the paper must be registered for the conference when the final manuscript is uploaded.

A single regular conference registration can be used to upload two papers. Before uploading, please check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance and prepare a single PowerPoint slide (Template). (Conference ID: 45978XP)
